Moms are certainly underrated. Having two rug rats of my own, I know the stress involved in party planning, house cleaning and the organizing it takes to host your little darlings birthday party. I love being able to send along a birthday cake, elegantly made just for mom, creating something just for her. Not that Diego isn't beautiful, he's just...well, not beautiful :)Vanilla cake, layered with lemon curd and then covered in a layer of vanilla butter cream and finished in fondant. Design inspired from some super fantastic scrapbook paper.
