cake-ology

As I was cruising through my photos I realized I haven't posted this one. Here's a little batch of cupcakes I made for our annual "New Years Day Family Board Game Fest" at my dad's place. We get together and recover together, play some board games (which has now turned to Wii games) and eat an obscene amount of appetizers. A good day in all. These little gems are chocolate, my favorite, with my new creation of matcha green tea butter cream. Not so new anymore, I suppose, as I have made it a dozen times since New Year's. Watch for it in upcoming special for Mother's Day featuring a tea sampler. Very delicious.
