Playing again with Photoshop, here we have a trio of cupcakes. Lemon poppy seed cupcakes to be exact. Topped with Swiss meringue butter cream. I tried the recipe from Mrs. Stewart, whom I fondly refer to as Aunty Martha. She gets a lot of flack, but as I am diving into business, my respect continues to grow for her. The recipe is from her latest wedding cake book. It's the second recipe I've tried and it is absolutely unreal. I have never had icing this good. I honestly sat down with it and a spoon to watch my boyfriend George. Sick. Oh and I also poked a hole and filled the cupcakes with lemon curd. Seriously, I'm scared of my scale right now.....
