My time this week has been more than scarce. Seems every time I turn around, I have another thing on my list of to-do's. Fortunately, I've been blessed with kids who sleep well. There were no wedding cakes this week, this is my one week off. However, it is my nephews birthday on Sunday and I did cupcakes and a mini-cake for him. Didn't take pictures yet, wanted that shot of him plunging head first into his cake. So on the topic of cupcakes, I'm posting a picture of one of 125 cupcakes I made for a wedding last year. They are topped with gerbera daisy's cut from fondant. How sweet. Have a great weekend.
