My latest wedding cake, the theme was pale green, hydrangeas,and chocolate brown as well. Kept the cake simple, clean and not fussy. Little clusters of gum paste hydrangeas all over the cake itself. The cake was lemon poppy seed, vanilla butter cream and finished in white rolled fondant.
