Sweet little things, look at them just basking in a little glimpse of sunlight. Hoping, wishing...maybe I'll be someones very special treat...one day...
And then, like magic, it happens! Lemon curd is carefully filled into it's tiny center, then topped with citrus butter cream. Next comes a healthy does of toasted coconut and little chocolate birdy eggs. How sweet :)Happy Spring!
