Oh butter cream, I am beginning to fall back in love with you... This little gem is not only done all in butter cream, the entire thing is done without any milk or milk products. Everyone should be able to enjoy cake! The cake is zesty lemon with a layer of raspberry preserves, then finished in butter cream.
